One good way to get targeted visitors to your new blog is to make sure your posts are consistent in quality and delivered on a regular basis.

Now it really does not matter if you write a new post everyday, every other day, once a week, or even once a month. The most important thing is to make sure your post delivers quality content. And to be consistent when you post.

One big mistake most new bloggers make is not to write for their visitors, they worry too much about being found by the search engines. As this is important, do not write in this manner, write as you are talking to someone.

Another mistake they make is not to realize they need to fill out the area below the post in the dashboard the search engine optimization area. This is what will get your posts noticed by search engines.

Keep your keywords to a minium , make sure your keyword is in the title, the first paragraph of your posts, and towards the end. This is all you need.

You do not need to worry about the category as much as you do the keywords. Naming your categories your keywords does not always get you search engine traffic. So concentrate more on your posts being of quality content and filling out the SEO area under your posts.
